The secret of our head chef, Ronald Ullrich, is his suppliers, i.e. the local farmers, fishermen,
hunters, and gardeners he has become friends with. Regardless of whether it’s long-established, simple fare, Mediterranean cuisine, or international dishes that are being prepared, the secret to giving someone a great culinary experience is using fresh, high-quality foods and herbs which preferably come from the local area.

Our kitchen brigade will spoil you with all of this in our restaurant, “La Provence”. You are also
welcome to have an aperitif in our open and inviting lobby lounge bar, which is furnished with plenty of cosy
chairs. Later on in the evening, we can serve you cold drinks, delicious cocktails, and small snacks
as you enjoy a session of billiards or watch a live TV broadcast in the American-Bar.
For private functions with up to 40 people, we recommend our wine bar, which has a great atmosphere as well as a real local flavour.
